The High Voltage Operation Responsibility service can be performed by electrical engineers who hold the relevant authorization certificates. To provide this service, one must have the training and authorization certificates issued by the Chamber of Electrical Engineers.

What does the service include?

The operating responsible person is accountable and serves as the point of contact with the energy provider on behalf of the facility owner. Their responsibilities include monitoring high voltage installations, identifying any defects or shortcomings in the facility’s current condition, and reporting them to the facility. They take necessary safety precautions during power outages and maintenance work. They also prepare and keep up-to-date relevant guidelines, instructions, and single-line diagrams.
